Education is Like a Tree 

We all look at the fruits, but we forget the years of hard work behind the fruits.

1. ROOTS = Hard Work, Values, Discipline

You don't see the roots, they are underground. But without roots, no tree can survive.

In life, your late-night studies, your early morning practice, your discipline, your values - these are your roots. Today's pain is tomorrow's strength. In India, we call this 'Sanskar'.

2. TRUNK = Teachers, Parents, Guidance

The trunk holds the entire tree. It saves the tree from storms.

In our life, our teachers, our parents, our mentors are the trunk. Without them, no matter how talented you are, you will fall.

3. BRANCHES = School, College, Training, Coaching

A tree has many branches. Some small, some big. School is one branch, College is another, Skill Training like On-site practical training, Mentoring and Shadowing, Simulation Training, Role-Playing, Virtual Reality (VR) Training, Microlearning Courses, Case Studies Presentation, Job rotation, E-learning is another branch. More branches = Bigger tree. More learning = More opportunities in life.

4. LEAVES & FRUITS = Books, Knowledge, Skills, Certificates, Success

This is what everyone sees. Books are the leaves, Knowledge is the flower, and your Job, Income, and Success are the fruits.

But remember - without Roots and Trunk, there will be NEVER any fruits.

Moral of the Story:

Don't just run behind the fruits (Success). Take care of your roots. Work hard daily, maintain discipline, respect your parents and teachers. A tree doesn't grow in one day. It grows a little every day.

"If the roots are strong, the fruits will definitely come - today or tomorrow."
