The Franchisee/you warrant and represent to the
Franchiser that you are a company/firm/organization,
validly existing and having good standing under
laws of India and have requisite power and authority
to enter into this agreement.

After approval of your franchise, you are allowed
the right to use and share the course material
designed by the Franchiser for professional
training of students according to the prescribed syllabus.

After registering on this website, you will receive
an email containing login details. You are required
to upload scanned documents related to you and the
registered institute.

NSDC has adopted an online procedure for conducting
business and offers to enter into an online agreement
containing the applicable terms and conditions.

The Franchisee is not allowed to enter into or carry
out similar business or the like with competitors
after signing the documents and entering into
agreement with NSDC.

The Franchiser allows the Franchisee to select some
or all courses from the course material designed
and developed by the Franchiser.

The Franchisee is solely responsible for deciding
and charging student fees and paying applicable
taxes according to Indian laws.

The Franchisee shall be solely responsible for
infrastructure, software, hardware, staff, tools
and other requirements necessary for conducting
the courses.

NSDC offers professional skill-development
short-term courses. The Franchisee may choose
courses for which they have the required infrastructure.

The Franchisee will provide the course material
through their outlets exclusively and will not
enter into direct agreements with similar entities
for this purpose during the agreement.

Intellectual property rights in the course material
and the NSDC name remain with the Franchisor.

The syllabus for each course shall be prescribed
by NSDC, while infrastructure and trainers shall
be arranged and maintained by the Franchisee.

The Franchisee shall not give exaggerated or false
commitments or information regarding NSDC to students.

The Franchisee is responsible for completing the
syllabus and training of students.

The Franchisee decides the fee structure for each
course. NSDC may charge website management and
examination fees on a per-student basis.

The Franchisee is expected to provide the best
services and training to students in order to
maintain the NSDC brand value.

In case of refund of fees to students for any reason,
the Franchisee shall be responsible.

The Franchisee shall keep all information exchanged
with the Franchisor confidential.

NSDC shall not be liable to third parties for
incidental, special, indirect or consequential
damages arising from the agreement.

During training, the Franchisee shall provide
practical knowledge and encourage students to
consider setting up their own business.

The Franchisee shall be responsible for admission
and registration of students.

It is the Franchisee's responsibility to provide
training to students.

The Franchisee is provided facilities through
the NSDC website login for student registration,
examinations and related services.

Both parties shall conduct business in accordance
with applicable statutes, regulations and
government notifications.

The Franchisee is responsible for providing
correct data of enrolled students to NSDC.

The Franchisee shall verify photographs of every
student, as student information may appear on
certificates issued by NSDC.

The Franchisee is authorized to use NSDC as a
brand name for marketing courses without misleading
anyone or adversely affecting its brand image.

NSDC may charge examination fees covering registration,
examination and related services.

The Franchisee is required to maintain a bulk amount
in the Wallet available in the NSDC Franchisee Login
for availing NSDC services.

Based on available data provided by the Franchisee,
the NSDC Certificate is prepared and sent to the
registered address.

The Franchisee shall intimate NSDC of any changes
in postal or email address.

If the Franchisee wishes to discontinue or terminate
the contract, they must communicate the same to NSDC
by letter or email.

NSDC does not make business, job, payment or
marketing commitments to students. Any such claim
made by a Franchisee is their responsibility.

Student examinations must be conducted through
the system and facilities provided by NSDC.

The Franchisee shall not indulge in malpractice
for passing students.

The Franchisee may guide students regarding jobs
or starting businesses but shall not guarantee
employment or business success.

The Franchisor reserves the right to use the
Franchisee Login Panel and perform necessary
changes where required.

Franchisees are required to provide students with
relevant information regarding NSDC and encourage
them to visit the official NSDC website.

NSDC certificates can be validated and verified
through the number printed on the certificate.

Examinations and certificates are issued only
for students enrolled in NSDC courses.

Students enrolled for non-NSDC courses may also
have access to certain free website services.

NSDC may communicate with students by SMS, email
or other methods regarding course matters.

NSDC forwards student certificates to the
Franchisee, who is responsible for handing them
over to students.

NSDC has adopted an online examination method
and may conduct examinations throughout the year.

NSDC maintains backups but is not responsible
for damage to Franchisee data. Franchisees are
advised to maintain their own records.

The Franchisee shall purchase a reliable,
high-speed internet connection at their own cost.

The Franchisor may terminate the agreement
immediately upon breach or violation of its terms.

NSDC reserves the right to cancel or temporarily
hold a franchise.

Any dispute arising from the agreement shall be
settled through arbitration in accordance with
the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Changes in the terms and conditions arising from
changed circumstances shall be considered binding.

NSDC states that it is a self-dependent,
self-organized organization and does not run a
government scheme or take government grants.
